Security agencies are tasked with an incredible amount of authority to qualify their officer’s capabilities. All security agencies participating in the CPSO security agency program are relying on everyone else to give honest feedback on licensed security officers.
- Security agencies have to provide a rating of their internal security guards every quarter
- Security guards should have 4 reviews every year
- Security agencies should have a standardized method of leaving security guards reviews. If a security agency is lenient on one guard in a particular category, they should be lenient on every guard for that category. Having strict guidelines that clearly demonstrate how reviews are left demonstrates consistency in the use of reviews.
